• Sellers must pay a monthly subscription fee to access the selling features of MY LIVE. No commission is taken on sales.
• Failure to pay the subscription fee will result in suspension of selling privileges.

4. No Direct Sales Responsibility

MY LIVE serves as a social and live shopping platform where sellers can showcase their products. However, MY LIVE does not process transactions, nor does it process any shopping data. All transactions and any shopping data are strictly between the buyer and seller; MY LIVE only provides the necessary means to allow the shopping. Purchases are made directly between the buyer and seller, and any disputes or issues related to products must be resolved between them.

5. Content Guidelines

Users must adhere to the following content guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful community:

• No hate speech, harassment, or abusive content is allowed.
• No posting of copyrighted material without appropriate permission.
• No false or misleading claims about products or services.
• All content must comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.
• MY LIVE reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.
